Gilbert wins in style

Cycling - Belgian Phillipe Gilbert powered away on the final climb in the dutch one day classic Amstel Gold, to win in fine style. He showed his emense stregnth on the difficult climb to the finish to beat the chasing pack.

I think a first for cycling where some of the team car drivers were tested for Alcohol before the race, with their busy schedual i would be suprised if there were any positive tests!! 

Green - A quick bugbear of mine. I was out cycling today on the minor roads between Maidstone and Yalding and the amount of dangerous pot holes was unbelivable. Its a major danger for both cyclists and cars. KCC realy need to get a grip on this!!

Football

Stones are in action tomorrrow 19th april away at Hendon who play at Wembley FC 7-45 pm K.O & at home to Bognor Regis on Thursday 22nd April 7-45 pm.
Lets see if they can gain those last few points to secure their Ryman Premier status.
