Election - Is result for South Ward is counted and verified, pass me the envolope please!! No seriously I did about aswell as could be expected. I polled 141 votes not bad for a first attempt with little publicity , Lab got 291, Con 1895 and the Lib Dems won with 2064. The usual Lib Dem / Torie battle in south ward. My percentage was 3.2%.
Now for the Tovil Parish Council , no election needed as they are 2 councillors short. Going along to have a look at the AGM Monday. Should be interesting. Will keep you posted.
Congratulations to Green Party leader Caroline Lucas, on becomming the countries first Green MP.Her seat is for Brighton Pavillion.

Ground - Looks Like the leveling of the James Whattman way site will be untaken by the company building the new Library next door, good on them!! It will be great to finally see some progress and it will save some money too.
